Colombia’s Santos advances domestic agenda in US
Development: On 23 September ahead of the United Nations (UN) General Assembly in New York City Colombia’s President Juan Manuel Santos met the UN Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon and formally presented him with a letter of protest denouncing Nicaragua’s “expansionist pretensions” in the Caribbean Sea.
