The government’s economic enforcer, also known as the secretary for internal trade, Guillermo Moreno, is to face charges for abuse of public office. The head of the Finsoport consulting firm, Jorge Todesca, filed a complaint after his business was fined Arg$500,000 (US$90,000, at the official rate) over the disclosure of inflation rates that contradict figures by the official statistics agency, Indec.
