VENEZUELA: Machado facing jail time too
On 26 November Venezuela’s attorney general, Luisa Ortega Díaz, announced that the deposed opposition national deputy, María Corina Machado, will be charged next week with involvement in an alleged plot to murder President Nicolás Maduro.
