ARGENTINA: Scheme to legalise 700,000 immigrants
Mercosur has come a step closer to making true its commitment to the free movement of persons across the borders of its member-countries: Argentina has just announced the imminent introduction of a new system which will legalise the situation of about 700,000 illegal immigrants from neighbouring countries.
