MEXICO-US: Visas 'to increase twofold or more'
According to President Vicente Fox, his US peer George Bush Jr has filled in a couple of gaps in his proposal for the issue of three-year visas for `temporary' workers [WR-04-02]: the volume of visas to be granted, and the core incentive for Mexican workers to return home.
