HAITI: Caricom sets deadlines for Aristide
President Jean-Bertrand Aristide has personally agreed to the `confidence-building' measures proposed by Caricom leaders. These are not just taking his promises at face value: they have set a deadline — Caricom's next intersessional meeting, to be held in March in Antigua — for the measures to be in place.
