Jamaica: Another district under special measures
On 18 March, Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness announced that a second district was to be subject to special security measures, the St Catherine North Police Division. This follows the earlier imposition of the same measures in St James Parish, which includes the tourist resort of Montego Bay, on 19 January.
