BARBADOS-TRINIDAD: Seeking UN mediation
Barbados has decided to seek `compulsory and binding' UN arbitration for a fishing-rights dispute with Trinidad & Tobago which arose from a maritime delimitation treaty the latter signed with Venezuela in 1990.
