HONDURAS | Latest poverty figures. On 30 January the Honduran government presented new poverty statistics which were calculated using a more precise methodology by the national statistics institute, with the support of the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), Honduras’ central bank (BCH), the World Bank (WB), and the United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (Eclac).
