URUGUAY | Arbeleche defends five-year budget proposal before senate. On 26 October Uruguay’s finance & economy minister, Azucena Arbeleche, presented the government’s five-year budget proposal to the senate tax and budget committee, following its approval by the chamber of deputies on 16 October.
