ARGENTINA: Time to improve the Hidrovía
Suddenly, it seems, everyone is interested in the Paraná-Paraguay Hidrovía, or river transport waterway. It is a network of 3,000 km of rivers stretching across five countries which is particularly important for Argentina. The government of President Alberto Fernández seems to have suddenly remembered that importance.
