BRAZIL | Fiscal reform paves way for new round of pandemic aid. Brazil’s federal congress promulgated a constitutional reform on 15 March known as the ‘PEC Emergencial’, after it was approved over the previous two weeks in fast-track votes, first by the senate and then by the chamber of deputies.
