COLOMBIA: The battle for Buenaventura
The Colombian government needs to dismantle criminal networks and corruption in the south-western Pacific port city of Buenaventura, said Juliette de Rivero, a representative of the Office of the United Nations High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR), on 19 March, after a visit to the city.
