CHILE: Realignment on the right?
The impeachment of President Sebastián Piñera and the migration crisis in the north of the country featured in the second television debate among six out of Chile’s seven presidential candidates. Claims of illicit campaign financing are also playing a role. The government-endorsed right-wing candidate, Sebastián Sichel, meanwhile, is losing ground.
