ARGENTINA | China nuclear deal. Argentina and China announced a new memorandum of understanding (MoU) on nuclear collaboration, at the Expo International trade fair in Dubai on 12 January after a meeting between Argentina’s ambassador to China, Sabino Vaca Narvaja, and the general manager of China’s State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC). President Alberto Fernández wants to further develop the relationship with China particularly in the nuclear and health sectors.
