BRAZIL: Political alliances start to form ahead of election
Brazil has entered the pre-electoral window for political realignments ahead of the October general election, while other deadlines in the electoral calendar loom in the next two months. A slightly different political landscape will therefore emerge as electoral alliances are hashed out and parties’ representation in congress shifts.
