ARGENTINA: Green light for Néstor Kirchner pipeline
In April, the Argentine government announced plans to build a major pipeline, named after former president Néstor Kirchner (2003-2007), to link the Vaca Muerta shale oil and gas deposits in Patagonia to the capital Buenos Aires and other consumption centres and export terminals.
