MEXICO | Job creation remains strong. On 5 September, Mexico’s national social security institute (IMSS) released figures showing that, as of 31 August, it had registered 21.2m jobs. According to IMSS, in August 157,432 jobs were created in the formal sector, representing a monthly increase of 0.7%.
