CHILE: Horse-trading over a trade deal
Back in March 2018 it was Chile that hosted the meeting where 11 countries ceremoniously agreed on a new Trans-Pacific trade deal. But oddly Chile is the last, alongside Brunei, to fully ratify the agreement.
