ARGENTINA | Massa expands portfolio of exchange rates. The economy minister, Sergio Massa, announced yet another new exchange rate on 7 November. The latest addition to Argentina’s burgeoning range of exchange rates is designed to promote exports from regional economies and compensate for losses suffered by local producers as a result of unseasonably inclement weather.
