Amid an exodus of Russians fleeing their country since it invaded Ukraine last year, Argentina has emerged as a popular destination for pregnant mothers close to term. Permissive immigration laws and good healthcare are part of the appeal, but the trend has started to cause some concern among Argentine authorities.
