CHILE-BRAZIL | Cooperation and investment agreement. Last week Chile’s foreign ministry released a statement announcing that Chile and Brazil had signed a bilateral investment cooperation and facilitation agreement (ACFI), the first such accord between the two countries. According to the statement, the accord was signed by Chile’s foreign minister, Heraldo Muñoz, and Brazil’s industry, development & foreign trade minister, Armando Monteiro, who was on an official visit to Santiago.
