What impact will electoral politics in the US have on Washington's policies towards Latin America? The question was one of several posed by the Inter-American Dialogue (IAD) for its annual regional outlook*, an informal survey of forecasts, data and analysis from members of the Board of Advisors, economists and policy experts covering the Latin American region. What follows is an edited version of the responses.
