Mexico: Resource nationalism: will it work?
Mexico’s last president opened up the oil and gas industry to foreign investment in a bid to boost production, with mixed results. The current president has changed tack back to a path of resource nationalism. He, too, wants increased production, but is looking for state oil company Pemex to lead the way. What are the chances of success?
