CARIBBEAN: Discrepancies in forecasts

There are some significant discrepancies in the figures for Caribbean economic growth between the Economic Survey of Latin America and the Caribbean 2003-2004, published by the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (Eclac) in August, and the figures published by the same organization in September in its more specific Economic Survey of the Caribbean 2003-2004.
