CUBA: Power crisis at US Interests Section

Relations between the Cuban government and the US Interests Section took another turn for the worse in June when the power supply to the US diplomatic mission was cut off for a week. The US State Department claimed that it was deliberate sabotage and the kind of bullying tactics that the government employs against its own people. The Cubans said that it was down to weather problems.
