BRAZIL: Bolsonaro ally arrested in the US
On 13 April former federal deputy Alexandre Ramagem (2023-2025), who served as the director of Brazil’s national intelligence agency (Abin) from 2019-2022, was detained by US authorities in Florida, where he fled following his conviction in September for participating in a coup plot after the 2022 election.
