CUBA: US and Cuban military top brass meet in Guantánamo
On 29 May Cuba’s chief of the general staff, Lieutenant General Roberto Legrá Sotolongo, met the head of the US Southern Command (Southcom), General Francis Donovan, on the perimeter of the US naval base in Guantánamo Bay to discuss security matters.
