ARGENTINA: Kirchner sees plotters 'on the prowl'

President Néstor Kirchner and his top officials say that a plot is afoot to `destabilise' his government, in a bid to `return to the past'. The vagueness of the claims, though, have led several analysts to note that this happens just as the Kirchner administration is doing what it had vowed never to do: bowing to the demands of creditors and international lenders and improving the restructuring offer to the holders of defaulted bonds.
