CENTRAL AMERICA & MEXICO: El Salvador, Honduras and Guatemala embarrass Mexico

For most of the past 20 years Mexico has tried to ignore the innumerable Central American migrants crossing the country trying to get into the US. Two atrocities in 2010, one in the north, the other in the south, have forced the Mexican authorities to change their policy on Central American migration.
