Lack of political will links violence to corruption in Brazil

Brazilians are perplexed by the violence and corruption which continues to ravage their country. Yet in a year of general elections, having the chance to replace their political elite, very few seem prepared to question the link between violence on the streets and corruption in the corridors of power.
