Peru frets as Mexican gangs move in

On 24 March, Rómulo Pizarro, the head of Peru's anti-drug agency, Devida, said that most of the country's drug trade was now dominated by Colombian and Mexican drug gangs. Colombia is first and Peru now second in the ranking of the world's biggest producers of coca leaves and cocaine.
