MEXICO: Marcos resurfaces with barbs for all

Subcomandante Marcos, the leader of the Zapatista rebels, has surfaced once again with a communiqué in which he satirises the absence of ideas and major issues in present-day Mexican politics and attacks all three main political parties. He ignores, however, recent questioning of his status as an 'indigenous leader' [WR-04-42].
