TRINIDAD & TOBAGO: PNM in 'ploy to steal Tobago elections'

Opposition parties are suggesting that the late-October decision to dissolve the Tobago House of Assembly, clearing the way for elections, is part of a manoeuvre by the ruling People's National Movement (PNM) to take advantage of early knowledge of boundary changes and 'steal' the elections. Talk of an alliance between the National Alliance for Reconstruction (NAR) and one or even two other opposition parties is in the air.
