COSTA RICA | Growth outlook. Economists tend to concur that economic growth next year will be close to 4%, with inflation running at about 12.5% - though most add caveats about the unpredictable impact of two factors: the world oil price, and the prospects of congressional approval of a fiscal reform which has been in discussion for the past two years.
