PERU: Mini-reshuffle

Less than a month after his latest cabinet reshuffle, on 25 July President Alejandro Toledo made three further changes: Jaime Quijandrí­a, hitherto mines & energy minister, took over economy & finance from Javier Silva Ruete, who has taken over the vacancy left by Richard Webb at the central bank. Businessman Hans Flury has taken Quijandrí­a's old post, and hardline former leftwinger Fernando Rospigliosi has returned as interior minister, replacing Alberto Sanabria.
