EL SALVADOR: Hurricane warning prompts price inspection

The country braced itself for the arrival of Hurricane Adrián in mid May. Fortunately the hurricane weakened as it approached. Nevertheless there were reports of profiteering by shops. This prompted the Dirección de Protección al Consumidor to make snap inspections of stores.
