GUATEMALA: World Bank calls for more attention to agriculture

Guillermo Perry, the World Bank's chief economist, argues that when the rural sector grows it pulls the rest of the economy forward. He argues that governments in the region, and in Guatemala in particular, should focus on improving their rural policies.
