BOLIVIA: Economy performs well on autopilot
The economy is doing rather well, despite the political crisis and the roadblocks that produced a change of president on 9 June. At the end of May, the central bank and the finance ministry published the initial results of their review of the economy. They noted that the economy met all the targets set by the IMF for the first quarter.
