GUATEMALA: NGOs want input on 2006 budget

Non Governmental Organisations working in the country have called for the government to consult social co-operatives in discussions about the 2006 budget. The NGOs say that the co-ops would have a beneficial impact on how spending on health, housing and education should be allocated.
