2007 comes into focus
This is our third effort at forecasting what will happen in the region in 2007. We are making these forecasts in late-March. With the exception of Chile and Brazil, 2006 was a bumper year for Latin America. Although Brazil and Chile are likely to have a better time this year, the rest of the region economically at least looks in for a rougher ride.
