FISCAL REFORM: Mexican government resigned to tax changes
On 5 July the ruling Partido Acción Nacional (PAN) appeared to accept that congress would have to modify the fiscal reform. This is unlikely to occur in a special session before congress reconvenes at the beginning of September.
