ARGENTINA: What will Cristina do?

Cristina Fernández, the wife of the current President Néstor Kirchner, is almost certain to win the presidential election on 28 October. The history of near relations (sons, mostly, though occasionally wives and less commonly sons-in-law) succeeding, by election, to the presidency is not a happy one in the western hemisphere.
