Argentina tries again

On 22 October Argentina's economy minister, Amado Boudou, announced that the government will launch a debt swap offer to the 'so-called hold outs' - those creditors holding some US$20bn of defaulted bonds that refused to take part in the 2005 debt restructuring under the then-president, Néstor Kirchner.
