BOLIVIA: OK but problems loom

The economy is in a healthy state, but there are growing signals that the government is leaning towards a novel approach to economic and political issues. To end up isolated at the UN Climate Change Summit in Cancún on 10 December as the only one of 194 countries to oppose the final agreement is yet another sign that President Evo Morales and his government are reluctant to conform.
