BOLIVIA: Quispe calls Morales a fascist

The two opposition leaders in Bolivia who did most to bring down President Gonzalo Sánchez de Lozada have fallen out. The weaker of the two, Felipe Quispe, who leads the Movimiento Indigenista Pachakuti which is based in the north of the country around Lake Titicaca, accused the more powerful Evo Morales, of being a fascist. Morales leads the second biggest party in congress, the Movimiento al Socialismo, and speaks for the coca growers of Chaparé.
