An Argentine businessman Carlos Ahumada, who has been on the run since the corruption scandal surrounding Mexico City's government broke out earlier this month, was arrested yesterday (30 March) in Varadero, Cuba. The attorney general's office in Mexico said it will seek Ahumada's extradition, but the process may take nearly a year.
