Extraordinary weather conditions in Haiti are set to continue. As the southeast of the country struggles to contend with the devastation wrought by floods along the border with the Dominican Republic, the northwest can expect an equally catastrophic drought, according to a new report released by the humanitarian organisation CARE International.
