CHILE: Lagos complains about interview

President Ricardo Lagos complained on 21 June about the publication, on 20 June, of an interview he gave to Alvaro Vargas Llosa, the son of the Peruvian writer and presidential candidate, Mario Vargas Llosa. In the interview Lagos made several unguarded comments, firstly about Chile's relations with Bolivia and then about how he saw the Chilean presidential elections panning out next year.
