BOLIVIA: Morales has two chances of a quick win

In Bolivia, relative size matters - a lot - when it comes to winning the presidency. For Evo Morales of the Movimiento al Socialismo (MAS) to secure the presidency on 18 December he would have either to attract more than 50% of the vote, or come in at least five percentage points ahead of his nearest rival (and rely on a key swing voter to keep his word). Failing that he could still have another chance in January.
